At LIGHTNOVAS, we are dedicated to delivering fresh, high-quality flowers promptly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, available shipping options, and important details regarding order fulfillment.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently deliver to Enniskillen and surrounding areas within the United Kingdom.
For deliveries outside our standard service area, please contact us at 077 5558 5772 or contact@lightnovas.xyz before placing your order.

2. Delivery Options & Timelines

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time). Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Available for all orders placed after the same-day cut-off time.

  • Scheduled Delivery: Customers can select a preferred delivery date at checkout to ensure flowers arrive exactly when needed.

Deliveries are made Monday – Saturday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Sunday deliveries may be available upon special request.

3. Delivery Fees

  • Local Standard Delivery: A flat rate fee applies based on the delivery distance.

  • Express Delivery: Additional charges apply for urgent, same-day deliveries.

  • Special Delivery Requests: Custom delivery timing outside standard hours may be subject to extra fees.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and urgency.

4. Delivery Process & Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including recipient name, address, and phone number.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:

  • Leave the flowers in a safe place.

  • Deliver to a neighbor (if permitted).

  • Arrange for re-delivery (additional charges may apply).

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions.

  • Traffic disruptions or road closures.

  • Unforeseen issues with flower supply.

If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule the delivery at the earliest available time.

6. Handling & Care Upon Delivery

All floral arrangements are packaged to ensure freshness and quality during transit.
To maintain the longevity of your flowers, we recommend placing them in water immediately upon arrival.
