  • All orders must be accompanied by accurate recipient details, including the name, address, and contact number, to ensure successful delivery.
  • Orders are subject to product availability. If a specific flower or arrangement is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a suitable alternative.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on https://lightnovas.xyz/ are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept secure payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other online payment options.
  • Payment must be completed before the order is processed. Unpaid orders will not be fulfilled.
  • Discounts, promotions, and special offers may be available periodically. These cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time. Orders received after the cut-off will be scheduled for the next business day.
  • We deliver within Enniskillen and surrounding areas. Please check our delivery zones before placing an order.
  • If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe location. If delivery is unsuccessful, the customer may need to arrange for a reattempted delivery at an additional cost.

4. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or significantly differs from the original order.
  • If there is an issue with the quality of the flowers, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
  • Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy (click here).

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient is available at the provided address within the estimated delivery time.
  • Flowers are perishable and require proper care upon arrival. We recommend placing them in water and following the included care instructions to maintain freshness.
