  • Delivery is available within Enniskillen and surrounding areas. For deliveries beyond our service area, please contact us before placing an order.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. LIGHTNOVAS is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, we may:
    • Leave the flowers in a safe location.
    • Deliver to a neighbor (if permitted).
    • Arrange for re-delivery at an additional cost.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, returns are only accepted in cases of:
    • Damaged or wilted flowers upon arrival.
    • Incorrect or missing items in the order.
  • Refund or replacement requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery and require photographic proof.

  • In rare cases where specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with similar flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look of the arrangement.
  • We ensure that any substitutions will meet our quality standards.
