  • The flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or in poor condition due to shipping or handling issues.
  • The arrangement does not match the order specifications (wrong flowers, incorrect size, or incorrect customization).
  • The order was not delivered on time due to an error on our part.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, requests for returns or refunds must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The flowers have been kept in poor conditions, such as extreme heat, lack of water, or improper handling after delivery.
  • The recipient refuses delivery for reasons unrelated to product quality.
  • Custom or personalized orders, including special floral arrangements, wedding bouquets, and event decorations, unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Orders placed with incorrect recipient information that led to delivery failure.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:
